Leadership Coach Josh

Josh is a former CFO at a prestigious New York Hedge fund with over 30 years of experience leading successful teams. Prior to that he worked in public accounting, and then as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.

 

Josh decided to become a coach to help other leaders, particularly in the financial services space, improve their leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and mindset in order to push the boundaries of their success. Josh believes that the most effective leaders recognize the important of creating an environment in which all team members feel inspired to do their best work, and he is passionate about helping them do so.

He has a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
