Kim
Before rising to a CIO at Farmers Insurance, Kim held multiple executive level roles at Fortune 250 companies over her 25-year corporate career. She now coaches leaders to reach their highest professional potential and provides strategic advisory to leaders and organizations seeking to create innovative, inclusive, and high-performing work environments. Kim is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation and holds an MA in anthropology, an MBA, and BA in psychology from California State University, Northridge.
Josh
Josh is a former CFO at a prestigious New York Hedge fund with over 30 years of experience leading successful teams. Prior to that he worked in public accounting, and then as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Josh decided to become a coach to help other leaders, particularly in the financial services space, improve their leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and mindset in order to push the boundaries of their success.
He has a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

On Capitol Hill, as a campaign press secretary and Vice President of Communications at ABC News, she has confronted, managed and resolved some of the most complicated situations, personalities and crises.

Devon is a former Fortune 100 executive with twenty years experience transforming organizations, businesses and teams for growth. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and was certified as an Executive Coach from Columbia University in 2014. Devon spent twenty years driving digital disruption from within at some of the world’s largest financial institutions and served as the Head of Digital Investing at Wells Fargo and the Chief Marketing Officer at BlackRock Americas.

Corena Chase is a communication and leadership coach with deep experience in both global Fortune 100 companies and growing organizations navigating changing culture. She draws on her career as an actor to help clients develop the presence and skill required to achieve more confidence in their own voices and more courage and comfort in their ability to influence people, decisions and outcomes.
Carrie
Carrie has more than three decades of experience working in complex, fast-paced organizations. For nearly 10 years, Carrie was a corporate turnaround consultant with PwC, providing advice to companies in financial and/or operational distress. During this time, Carrie developed a passion for organizational development and employee matters, which led her to a career in HR leadership.
