Josh is a former CFO at a prestigious New York hedge fund with over 30 years of experience leading successful teams. Prior to that he worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Josh decided to become a coach when it became evident that there was a dearth of inspirational leadership in the financial services space, and he's dedicated his practice to rectifying that. Now, as a certified coach, Josh works to help leaders elevate their effectiveness and push the boundaries of their success.
He has a BS from the Wharton school of the University of Pennsylvania.

Corena Chase is a communication and leadership coach with deep experience in both global Fortune 100 companies and growing organizations navigating changing culture. She draws on her career as an actor to help clients develop the presence and skill required to achieve more confidence in their own voices and more courage and comfort in their ability to influence people, decisions and outcomes.
Chris leverages his experience running People Operations at eMarketer to help managers find their authentic leadership style through his purpose-driven process. Additionally, he draws on his deep understanding of organizational culture to partner with HR leaders to develop their organization and create the culture they wish to foster.
Carrie has more than three decades of experience working in complex, fast-paced organizations. For nearly 10 years, Carrie was a corporate turnaround consultant with PwC, providing advice to companies in financial and/or operational distress. During this time, Carrie developed a passion for organizational development and employee matters, which led her to a career in HR leadership.
As an ex-McKinsey consultant, May came to appreciate the value of uncovering her purpose and achieving work-life balance.
